Dispel Yell
Guys, I’m going to have a serious issue with moving tomorrow.

I did a 90 minute work out videotape I found of Cher, today. 40 minutes of aerobics, the fun part, 10 minutes of abs, freaking intense as all get out, and 30 minutes of hip/thighs/bun. The last part is the killer.

I’m going to have to do splits to sit down….

I’m already feeling the ache….
